KEY MASTERS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
The Key Masters Leadership Academy is a 10-month character building program designed to build soft skills, improve emotional intelligence and develop leadership traits in under-served teenage girls. KMLA is a Christ-centered program designed to empower teen girls to lead the limitless lives God planned for them. KMLA connects teenage girls to God and mentors to help them develop into godly leaders in their schools, families and communities. KMLA is designed to produce positive outcomes in emotional, behavioral, academic and spiritual areas. KMLA develops teen leaders through the following three keys:
EXPOSING
Monthly empowerment sessions to introduce teens to a new way of thinking about God and life.
EQUIPPING
Monthly small group bible study, designed to ensure that teens are spiritually and naturally equipped to live Godly, successful lives.
EMBRACING
Monthly mentorship outings, designed to increase teens' contact with caring adults who will teach them to embrace who they are in God and the purpose He has for their lives.
